Now if your the type of girl that likes tight really fancy dresses the best dresses that you can have are no pattern dresses that tight around the waist and then go to a ruffle pattern. If your the type of girl that prefers a more casual dress you might wanna go with a pattern loose dress and place a belt around it that will make the statement that your casual and elegant. Make sure when wearing a dress never to wear sneakers or shoes like that. If you hate wearing heels go with nice plain flats.
